One of the website visitors claimed to suffer from insomnia and to eat one to three hours before bedtime. He stated to sleep “deeply for about an hour and a half to two hours and then a pass to a shallow sleep, waking up several times during the night”. He claims to feel tired in the morning.
Another visitor, female, also says she suffers from insomnia and that she eats twenty to thirty minutes before going to bed. As to the quality of her sleep, she says that she wakes up “tired and that in order to feel well” she needs to sleep nine hours with no worries.
