“I sleep from ten thirty in the evening until two in the morning and then I wake up, I twist and turn, I sleep, I awake, I sleep, I awake. Very tiring. Then I have the feeling that I fall asleep at about four or five in the morning and the alarm clock rings at seven. This is the standard, which seems like a nightmare to me. At night, when I lie down, I’m exhausted.
During the day I feel tired and sometimes dizzy. I was never a long sleeper, but I think that having a 6-year old child probably had some influence – although it does not entirely justify it – because I began to have a light and watchful sleep.”
