“I wake up and I toss and turn”

iSleep continues to publish the barometer section, where visitors describe the quality of their sleep. A female visitor complains of sleeplessness:

“I sleep from 10:30 p.m. to 00:00-2:00 a.m. Then I wake up and I toss and turn, I fall sleep, I wake up, and this goes on and on… It’s exhausting. I have a feeling that there is a pattern in me sleeping more soundly around four or five in the morning and the alarm clock ringing at seven. At night when I go to bed I’m exhausted, I sleep those few hours and then it’s hell. During the day I feel tired and sometimes dizzy. I have never been a long sleeper, but I think, although it may not fully justify, that the fact that I had a child six years ago and have begun to have a lighter and always watchful sleep may have had some influence. This pattern has phases but now it is more present.”
